ABOUT US

We are an independent health and social care provider, offering personalised care and support services throughout the UK to people in the comfort of their own homes.

We were established in 2005 as Calon Lan Community Care which continues to operate throughout Wales. We decided to build on the success of Calon Lan and offer our services to people and communities in England too, under the name of Blue Ribbon Community Care.

Our expanding organisation is going from strengh to strength but the personal touch is never lost. This is because each homecare agency is owned by a local franchisee; meaning all our care and support services are sensitive to the individual needs of people in the local community.

We have a wealth of expertise to draw from because all of our Directors come from an experienced care background and have worked from the grassroots up.  This experience stems from the early 1990s when home care was still in its infancy.  Our experiences range from working for Local Authorities, charities and the private sector in both residential and domiciliary care.

The needs and aspirations of the individual are at the centre of everything we do and this approach has earned us a quality reputation with the regulators and communities we support.

We have always been dedicated to putting people first - and so we embrace the onset of the personalisation agenda. We are proud to be at the forefront of delivering excellent domicilliary care - now and for the the future.
