As an established domiciliary care company that strives for excellence, we are a friendly and person centred service which ensures that people who use our service can remain as independent as possible in their own homes and have the quality of life that they would like to achieve. We promote a personalised service with the aim of achieving a quality service that is suited to the individual's needs.
We provide a range of services including personal care, house-work, a shopping service, respite care, support for the main carers, assistance with a variety of tasks, including cooking – a full list can be seen on our main web pages. On top of this, it is our aim to ensure that any wishes for one off outings that may require transport and escorting can be achieved through consultation. Our service is flexible and user friendly, whether funded privately, through personalised budget/direct payments or council managed budget, the quality, consistency and flexibility of service is the same.
We pride ourselves in looking after our carers and they all undergo extensive induction training and are CRB and ISA adult first cleared. All carers are supported throughout their career with us and we have a strong belief in team work and working to the same standard. This ensures that each carer can work to the best of their ability and provide an appropriate service to you.
